Requirements

  • We are hiring recent Graduates and drivers with less than 1 year OTR
  • Must be 21 years old
  • No Hazmat needed
  • No DUI
  • No Possessions
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years

Training Schedule

Enter into our 4-week training program where you’ll benefit from the knowledge of your own personal trainer and mentor OTR. You will be paid during the training period.

After completion of the OTR training program, you will be assigned to your own truck so you can run solo and begin your career as a professional truck driver. Raider Express also offers health insurance and paid vacation.

Full-time employees are eligible for group health and dental insurance beginning the first of the month following 90 calendar days of employment. Employees may select individual or family coverage.

  • Base Pay $0.45 mile
  • This increases to $0.50 at 90 days and then $0.55 at 6 months. Performance based raises are then given annually.
