Requirements
- ✓We are hiring company drivers with a minimum of 1 year OTR experience
- ✓Must be a resident of Texas with a valid Texas driver license
- ✓Must be 21 years old
- ✓No Hazmat needed
- ✓No DUI
- ✓No possessions
- ✓No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- ✓No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years

Common questions
How are experienced company drivers paid?+
Base pay is $0.56++ per mile, loaded or empty, depending on experience. On top of that: pick and stop pay, detention pay, a fuel bonus, a monthly mileage bonus and contest bonuses. Pay is weekly by direct deposit.
How many miles will I run?+
Our drivers run 2,800+ miles a week. Most loads are preplanned, with 24-hour dispatch.
What freight will I haul?+
Refrigerated grocery and food freight. 93% is customer-based freight, 99% is no-touch, and there is no HAZMAT.
How long am I out on the road?+
OTR drivers stay out an average of 12 – 14 days.
