How it Works:
- Each driver is awarded points based on the point system, these points are added up monthly to create the standings
- The points will be totaled up for January - October and the drivers for the Race For The Cup are determined. 20 drivers make it to the Race For The Cup.
- The 20 drivers that make it to the Race For The Cup are determined by the following:
- The top 10 drivers in points automatically qualify
- Each monthly winner automatically qualifies (regardless of end of the year position)
- The rest of the positions are called provisional spots, these provisional spots are determined by dispatch
- The drivers that do not make the Race For The Cup are not necessarily out of the money. The driver that comes in 21st place receives $500.
